It works best when we plan pickups around your install. Tell us where each piece is, when it’s ready, and when your client’s home is ready for it, and we’ll map out the stops so everything arrives in a sensible order. If a vendor’s piece will be ready late, let us know early and we’ll plan around it.

We Work on Your Install Day Timeline

Designers run tight schedules, and install day doesn’t leave room for surprises. Send us your timeline, the delivery address, and any access notes, and we’ll coordinate the day with you. You can direct placement on site, or send a floor plan or notes ahead of time and we’ll follow them.

Hector Jr leads our moves, and every job starts with a pre-move survey so we know what’s coming before the truck arrives: the pieces, their size and weight, the stairs, doorways, elevators, and parking at each stop. For pickups or clients outside our area, we can do the survey by video call.

Careful Handling for Art, Mirrors, Antiques, and Pianos

The most valuable pieces in a design project are often the most fragile. We pad and wrap mirrors, framed art, glass tops, stone, and antiques, and we carry them, not drag them. For fine art or very fragile pieces that need a custom crate, we can arrange crating through a trusted outside specialist.

We help move staging inventory into a listing, set it room by room, and bring it back out when the home sells, whether it’s a few accent pieces or a whole house of furniture. As with every job, pickups go straight from your location or storage unit to the listing; we don’t hold inventory between jobs.

Downtown towers and condo buildings often require reserved elevators, loading dock times, and a certificate of insurance before a delivery. Do you receive and store furniture for designers?

No. Elite Star Movers does not offer storage or warehouse receiving. We pick up directly from the showroom, vendor, retailer, or storage unit and deliver straight to your client’s home.

Will you move just one piece?

Yes. We move single items, like a sofa, a dining table, or an antique cabinet, as well as full rooms and whole homes.

Can you coordinate with my install day?

Yes. Send us your timeline, pickup locations, and access details, and we’ll plan the pickups and delivery around your install. You can direct placement on site or send a floor plan ahead of time.

Do you assemble furniture and remove packaging?

Yes. Our crews can assemble or reassemble furniture on site and take away boxes, cardboard, and packing materials so the room is ready for your client.

Can you crate artwork or fragile pieces?

Custom crating isn’t done in-house, but we can arrange it through an outside specialist. We pad and wrap mirrors, art, glass, and antiques on every job.

Do you help home stagers with staging and destaging?

Yes. We move staging furniture into listings, place it room by room, and move it back out when the home sells.
